a well-used Velo type

This board belongs to my my good friend Tim, who has been riding spoons since 1971.

This board had been ridden for 25 years whenever the surf has been good. Tim lives in Oxnard and surfs Hanalei Bay every year, sometimes staying there for months. On his last trip there in March 2005 he broke the rail(again), ground it down, patched and was surfing again. This board has been through it all.

Buy a board for $125 US and ride it for 25 years - pretty good deal.

Of course the performance is not there as it once was. Time for a new board Tim!
